ZUMBA


A high energy dance style class with a Latin flavour where you can really shake your booty, have fun and get fit at the same time.
 

BODYFIRM


A non-impact strength class using barbells and weights. All the major muscle groups are covered in this great all over toning class. You are in control of how much weight is on your barbell which means you are in control of your workout! The instructor focuses on light weights and high repetition to tone and strengthen muscles.
 

TUMS, BUMS AND THIGHS


A high intensity, boot-camp style class with focus on all those problem areas that we all struggle to tone. You will get an intensive work out with this class! Be prepared to crunch, squat and lunge - It's all in the title of the class!
 

STRENGTH & DEFINE


A resistance class focusing on toning and sculpting the body, improving functional strength and definition of all muscle groups. Perfect for males and females, a great total body workout. 
 

CYCLE


This class is the fastest class to burn calories and increase cardiovascular fitness. The instructor takes the class on a journey through different terrains and styles; up hill, flat ground, sprints and jumps. You are in control of your own bikes resistance level so if you are just starting out you can take it easy or, if you are a regular exerciser, you can make it as hard as you like! Great for the beginner or the advanced participant. Make sure you are early for this class to reserve your bike.

LATIN CARDIO

combines a cardio workout with technique and posture tips to improve your Latin dancing style. The class is a continuous mix of salsa, samba, meringue, cha cha, rumba, and mambo and jive styles, combined into just the right blend of sweat, technique improvement and fun!

With separate free weights, fixed weights, cardio areas with cardio theatre, as well as 33 classes per week, Whether you want to tone, strengthen, get fit, work on flexibility or just decrease your stress levels, what you decide to do is up to you!
